Who You Are
You have a sharp eye for what makes a piece land—the right visual, the perfect line, the moment that clicks. You think strategically but dream big, guiding campaigns from insight to execution across every touchpoint.
You lead teams with clarity, giving feedback that elevates. You can shape rough concepts into brilliant work, push for bold ideas, and know when to rein things in. You think across mediums—social, print, video, experiential—and understand how each tells a story differently.
Like any in-demand agency, we're always juggling deadlines and clients, so you'll need to be decisive, move fast, and keep quality high under pressure.
If you can push people to do their best work, raise the bar for creative standards, bring strategic thinking to every brief, and use generative AI innovatively to push creative boundaries, that's what we're looking for. Experience in healthcare is a big plus.
Above all, you take ownership of your work (good and bad), are accountable to yourself and your team, and treat everyone with respect.
